Shipping & Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain the size or item you want is to return the item you have and place a separate purchase for the new item.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return label or instructions on how and where to send your package.

If a product is no longer considered new due to use, we may charge a depreciation fee or refuse the return.

For returns of orders that included a free product, we ask that you return the entire order – including the free product. If the free product is not returned, the cost of this item will be charged.

Please note that we are not responsible for paying any customs duties (import taxes or fees) on returned items. You are responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please retain your proof of postage until your order has arrived at our warehouse. We cannot accept responsibility for issues if you are unable to provide tracking information or proof of shipment.

Orders that have already been dispatched and are in transit to the customer cannot be cancelled. However, once the order has been received, it may be returned in accordance with the return policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (for example beauty products).

Items on sale and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
